Utah Rock Capital (“we”, “us”) is a commercial lender based in Alpine, Utah. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you give us when you use utahrockcapital.com and the borrower portal.
What we collect

- Application information: details about your business, the loan you are requesting, collateral, financial figures, ownership, and the documents you upload (for example tax returns and financial statements).
- Technical information needed to run the site, such as session cookies that keep you signed in.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it
- To evaluate, underwrite, process, and service commercial loan requests.
- To communicate with you about your application, including status updates and document requests.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to prevent fraud.
We do not obtain a consumer credit report on any individual without that person’s written consent, which we request separately during underwriting.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to process your loan: service providers that host our systems (such as our database and hosting providers), appraisers, title companies, and other parties involved in closing, and regulators or courts where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
How we protect it
Application data and documents are stored with access controls that limit each borrower to their own files and limit staff access to authorized personnel. Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
Your choices
You may update your contact information in the portal, withdraw an open application at any time, and ask us to delete your account and application data by emailing loans@utahrockcapital.com. We may retain records we are required to keep by law.
Commercial purpose
Our loans are made for business and commercial purposes only. This site is not intended for consumer credit requests.
